Android Tablets are undeniably useful as it can be used in schools for a number of ways. Some of them are a tool for acquiring the internet, taking down notes and reading ebooks – electronic books.  St. Paul College, Pasig, have decided to buy 5,000 android tablets for the students that will be used as an alternative to books.

St. Paul have asked companies who are producing such to bid for such big project. They have requirements based on the hardware, the OS which must be Android 2.2 Froyo and the price. The college will do researches to know what applications to use in order to maximize the use of the gadget. But there will be provisions for security and parental control.

Editor’s Note
I would be 100% sure that more than half will have a pirate version of such book that they will be using. And such act is a disrespect to the author/s of the book (which is transformed into an ebook) or ebook.
