This will just be a small matter for individual users. But for businesses and companies who uses Skype over land line phones to cut expenses think it’s not okay.

Skype CEO Tony Bates offers compensation by paying users through credit voucher. Skype will send users through their e-mail. And this will give them free 30 minutes call to any phone in the world.
