British hackers were successful in altering an Al Qaeda website. The terrorist group’s bomb-making instructions at Al-Qaeda’s English language online magazine were replaced by a recipe on how to make cupcakes.

When the users tried to download the 67-page colour magazine, the supposed-to-be instructions about how to “Make a bomb in the Kitchen of your Mom” is replaced by a garbled computer code.

The code was a web page of recipes for “The Best Cupcakes in America” from the Ellen DeGeneres talk show.
